    Nicholas ★★★★★

Steeped this at 80 degrees for exactly three minutes like the bag suggests, and it came out so smooth there's barely any bitterness. The Pai Mu Tan flavor is subtle but genuinely there, kind of floral and light. Been swapping my afternoon coffee for this and I don't miss it.

I was worried white tea would taste like plain hot water, but this Pai Mu Tan has a really nice soft, almost floral sweetness to it. Steeping it for exactly 3 minutes at 80 degrees makes a huge difference. Been drinking it every afternoon instead of coffee.

I usually drink green tea but this Pai Mu Tan is so much lighter and smoother. Three minutes at 80 degrees is spot on, no bitterness at all. Already on my second tin.
