I let this steep the full 5 minutes and it's a proper strong cup, not the weak bergamot water some bags turn into. The black tea base holds up well with a splash of milk, and I've already gone through half the box.

The bergamot oil really comes through without tasting like perfume, which is rare for a teabag. I've been drinking it plain every morning and it's smooth enough that I don't even need milk.

I let it steep the full five minutes and the black tea comes through strong without going bitter, which is rare for a bagged Earl Grey. The bergamot is bright but not perfumey, closer to actual citrus peel than the soapy stuff I've had before.
