ロイヤルカモミール 箱入りティーバッグ

This became my nightly wind-down before bed, and the chamomile flavor is genuinely smooth rather than grassy. The boxed teabags are convenient too, no loose leaves to fuss with.

I've tried countless bedtime teas and this one finally delivers that calming effect I'd been chasing. The chamomile flavor is smooth and rich, not weak or watery like most boxed teas I've had. A cup about an hour before bed genuinely helps me unwind.

This is the only tea that actually winds me down before bed without leaving me groggy in the morning. The flavor is smooth and naturally sweet, with none of the bitter edge I usually get from chamomile.
