The lemongrass and vanilla combo is what got me — it's light and a little sweet without needing honey. I've been drinking it most afternoons instead of a second coffee since there's no caffeine in it.

Steeped a mug of this before bed and the vanilla softens the rooibos just enough that the peppermint doesn't steal the show. It's genuinely calming without tasting like a sad cup of plain chamomile, and I've already made it part of my nightly wind-down.
