甜檸檬草

The citrus tang is real, not that fake lemon flavoring you get in most herbal bags. I brew a big mug around 3pm when I want something instead of coffee, and the caffeine-free thing means I can still sleep fine.

The citrus tang is just right—not too sharp, more of a gentle lift that actually does quench my thirst. I’ve been brewing it after lunch instead of reaching for coffee, and the fact that it’s caffeine-free means I don’t crash later. Bagged up a big batch for iced tea too, and it holds its sweetness

I’ve been steeping this before bed and it’s become my favorite way to wind down—the sweetness is subtle, not cloying, and knowing it’s naturally caffeine-free makes the ritual feel even better. The detox support is a nice bonus, but honestly, the soothing warmth alone is worth it.
