I've been drinking this every morning with a splash of milk, and the cardamom and cinnamon come through without drowning out the black tea base. The vanilla beans add a subtle sweetness that keeps me from reaching for sugar. Genuinely the best chai I've made at home.

I steeped it for exactly five minutes and the cardamom and clove came through bold but not bitter — the vanilla softens everything on the finish. This is my new cold-rainy-evening mug, hands down.
